Raspberry Pi 2 Announced Today

This morning the new Raspberry Pi 2 has been announced and is available for purchase for under £25

For those that don't know, the Raspberry PI is a low cost computer that is an ideal platform for running single applications and for learning to program. It has been around for a couple of years and millions have been sold. 

The new Raspberry Pi has a new 4 core processor and 1GB of ram and it is claimed it is six times more powerful than its predecessor.

To use a Pi you have to add an SD card , keyboard and mouse, power supply and probably a case. It still should cost you less than £60.

The surprise in the announcement?  

The new Pi is Microsoft Windows 10 compatible and will run the new platform when its released!
