Tip #1 - Consider the Cost

Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 is £24.70 + VAT per user, per month. There is a 12 month commitment as well. £296.40 + VAT per annum is on TOP of your existing 365 licensing which for the cheapest of the above plans, Microsoft Business Standard, is a further £123.60 + VAT per year. Combined costs per user will be at least £420 + VAT per annum. Prices as of 26/01/24.

Tip #2 - Evaluate First

If you want to go forward, the next step is evaluation. OCM suggest a very small number of users selected to give you the best results to evaluate the business use cases and productivity gains for your business.

But even before evaluation, there is work to be done!

You need to prepare your data and 365 enviroment. If you do not you risk the security and compliance of your organisation and risk data leakage within your organisation. You do not want access to data eg HR records in the wrong hands!
