Terms and Conditions of Purchase of Instant IT Support

Instant IT support is provided between 9am to 5.30 pm , Monday to Friday. The service is not offered at weekends or UK bank holidays.

Support is provided to clients within the UK only.

OCM Communications Limited is a VAT registered company and VAT is charged within the published price. A receipted VAT invoice will be provided to the email address provided.

Any refund request accepted will be processed within 7 working days. If we're not able to fulfil your Instant support request to your satisfaction then contact us  and we'll try to resolve any issues for no additional charge. Refund requests should be sent to refund@ocmcommunications.co.uk  

For remote control support, a working internet connection is required at the purchaser's location.

OCM  will never take any information from your computer without your permission. We do not record any debit or credit card details and will not share any of your information with any 3rd parties.

OCM has full public liability cover and professional indemnity cover and copies of our current cover can be supplied on request.
