Notwithstanding, we welcome any constructive feedback that can improve the content for our audience. The site is in many ways very traditional and this was deliberate, we wanted a site that is easy to navigate and detailed in what we do. We have deliberately avoided lots of graphics to keep simplicity. Testimonials have also been left off the site on purpose, we believe identifying our customers and their solutions would be a cyber security weakness. If your new to OCM , rest assured we provide references to all potential clients during onboarding.
AI, AI, AI.
Every organisation should be now investigating Artificial Intelligence , Generative Large Language Models and the commecial products coming to market. You will need them to be competitive in your sectors. Since the last quarter of 2023 we have been receiving training from Microsoft and Google with regard to Microsoft Copilot and Google Duet. These AI tools, along with ChatGPT, are incredible and will change working practices. We recommend caution as these tools are costly, and to be deployed correctly, there is critical ground work on your data to be undertaken to avoid leakage of confidential information and to maximise the benefits. A test implementation is a must and training will be required. We are already working on the AI sections of this site and when they appear you will know OCM will be in a position to help you deploy.
