Google is starting to integrate it's Gemini AI more heavily into Google Workspace and its good news for all Workspace customers beause its free! If you already have a workspace subscription. This new core product is called the Gemini App.

The Real Star Of The Show Is The Addition Of Google NotebookLM For ALL Workspace Subscriptions
NotebookLMÂ is an AI-powered tool designed to assist users in gathering insights from their source documents. Initially introduced as an experimental product, it is now available as an additional service in Google Workspace.
NotebookLM allows business users to upload documents (such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides,PDFs, web content, your own text notes and even Youtube Videos) and interact with the AI by asking questions related to the content. The AI generates responses with inline citations from the source material, enabling users to quickly obtain relevant insights grounded in their trusted documents.
Workspace users can now leverage NotebookLM to streamline research, generate summaries, create briefing documents, or even brainstorm new ideas by connecting different concepts within their sources. It acts as an interactive assistant, helping to reduce manual effort in extracting information and making it easier to organise and use knowledge for decision-making and reporting.
Again as an Enterprise or Education user, your uploads, queries and the model's responses in NotebookLM will not be used or reviewed by human reviewers to train AI models.
